These Terms of Service govern the use of Luxverbi, a web-based creator publishing workflow that enables creators to upload, prepare, and publish their own video content to TikTok using the official TikTok Content Posting API.

Luxverbi is a publishing workflow only. It does not automate engagement actions (such as follows, likes, comments, or messages).

1. Use of Luxverbi

Luxverbi enables creators to:

  • Connect their TikTok account through TikTok’s official OAuth process.
  • Upload videos they have created and own or have rights to publish.
  • Add captions and publishing details (privacy, interactions, disclosures).
  • Publish videos to their own TikTok account using official APIs.

Luxverbi interacts only with the TikTok account voluntarily connected by the creator through OAuth.

2. Eligibility

Luxverbi is intended for creators who want to manage and publish their own content. By using Luxverbi, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to use the service.
  • You own the videos you upload or have the rights and permissions to publish them.
  • You will comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.

3. Account Access and Permissions

Luxverbi uses TikTok OAuth authorization to obtain the permissions required for video uploading and publishing. Authentication tokens are used solely to provide the publishing workflow and are not sold or shared with third parties.

4. Content Responsibility

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. The creator is solely responsible for ensuring that their content:

  • Does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights).
  • Complies with TikTok platform rules, including music usage requirements and branded content policies where applicable.
  • Complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Uses

Creators may not use Luxverbi to:

  • Publish content they do not own or have rights to publish.
  • Attempt to automate engagement or circumvent TikTok’s platform rules.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to TikTok systems or Luxverbi.
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.

6. Availability and Limitations

Luxverbi is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or compatibility beyond the standard operation of TikTok’s APIs.

TikTok may modify, restrict, or discontinue API functionality at any time, which may affect Luxverbi features.

7. Termination

You may stop using Luxverbi at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account within the app. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the service is being misused or used in violation of these Terms.
