This Privacy Policy explains how Luxverbi handles data when creators connect their TikTok account, upload their own videos for preview, and publish content to TikTok using the official TikTok Content Posting API.

Luxverbi is designed for creators. We do not sell personal data, do not run advertising trackers, and do not build audience profiles.

1. Data We Collect

Luxverbi collects and processes only the data required to provide the publishing workflow:

  • Authentication data (TikTok OAuth tokens) required to act on your behalf for publishing.
  • Technical metadata needed for the workflow (e.g., publish IDs and status responses).
  • Uploaded video files that you provide for preview and posting.

2. TikTok Authentication (OAuth)

Creators connect their TikTok account through TikTok’s official OAuth flow. When you authorize Luxverbi, TikTok provides OAuth tokens that allow Luxverbi to call the TikTok Content Posting API on your behalf.

Luxverbi uses these tokens only for:

  • Retrieving creator posting options needed to render the posting page (e.g., privacy options).
  • Uploading and/or initiating publishing of videos you submit.
  • Fetching posting status so you can track progress.

3. Video Uploads and Preview

Video files uploaded through Luxverbi are provided directly by you for the purpose of preview and posting to TikTok. Luxverbi does not add watermarks, logos, links, or promotional overlays to your content.

Luxverbi does not analyze your videos for advertising or profiling purposes. Videos are processed only as necessary to support preview and API posting.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Luxverbi uses essential cookies to maintain your session and support the login workflow. Luxverbi does not use cookies for cross-site tracking, advertising, or behavioral analytics.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Luxverbi stores only what is necessary for the workflow and security:

  • OAuth tokens may be stored securely for the duration of your authenticated session.
  • Draft identifiers and publishing status data may be stored to display progress and history for your uploads.
  • Uploaded video files may be stored temporarily to enable preview and posting.

We aim to retain data for the shortest time needed to provide the service and operate securely. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time, which ends the authenticated session.

6. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service accessed by Luxverbi is TikTok via the official TikTok Content Posting API. Any data handled by TikTok is governed by TikTok’s own policies.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect authentication tokens and limit access to authorized users. However, creators are responsible for maintaining control of their connected TikTok accounts and devices.

8. Children’s Privacy

Luxverbi is intended for adult creators and is not directed toward children.
